Shout out to Curt

I also want to give a shout out to Nick's cousin Curt. A former p90xer, he gave me his 10lb weights to use as I progress. Thanks Curt! Nick said that Donna said you lost 40lbs. You looked awesome when we saw you this weekend. What workout/diet are you following? You'll have to let our readers know.

  1. I started a low carb and exercise thing on Jan 24 2009. I lost the 40 lbs and got to my goal weight of 200lbs by late May. I have stopped the exercise but kept up a modified low carb lifestyle. So far I have been able to keep the weight at or under 200 for a couple months.
